Notices

We assist with drafting notices to assist with contract management during the construction phase and reducing risks, or we can provide a suite of contract notice templates for new projects such as:

Notices of Delay.
Claim for Extension of Time.
Notice of Variation.
Request for Certificate of Completion.
Notice of Intention to Suspend Works.
Request approval for secondary subcontractors.

This ensures that the subcontractor meets their contractual obligations and manages risk. We can also assist in suspending work for overdue payments (except in the NT).


