Karra used to sit on the other side of the fence and admits she was familiar with rejecting subbies claims and variations when she worked for a tier 2 builder. She saw subcontractors lose money and go out of business as they didn’t know how to work their contracts and reduce their risk. So now she’s passionate about supporting subbies who are often small businesses with young families.
